House Raising with Affordable Reblockers
If there is very little clearance under your home and you are thinking about installing subfloor insulation or ducted heating you may need the floor level raised to accommodate this. We can inspect your property and give you advice about whether your home can be lifted safely. This process in most cases requires new stumps to be installed (reblocking – see above).
If your home does require restumping and there is not enough clearance under the subfloor you may want your house lifted to avoid removal and replacement of existing flooring (carpets, floorboards, tiles etc).
